The winemakers of Vin De Lux have taken an unique approach to the creation of this French Inspired Australian Sparkling. No expense has been spared, with only the finest of winemaking practices being utilized. Our aim is to produce wines of outstanding stature to set them apart from all the rest!

Only Traditional French Sparkling varieties, Chardonnay and Colombard Parcels, from a single vineyard  were selected for the creation of the Vin De Lux Sparkling Brut Cuvee. All juice is fermented cold to retain freshness and delicacy before undergoing secondary fermentation in tank to add complexity. Creating a one of a kind Sparkling Brut experience.
